Your local records

Trades and CSV imports remain in your browser’s IndexedDB. Calculation preferences and license status/key are stored locally. We do not upload records, use analytics, tracking cookies, external fonts or live quotes. Exported backups are your responsibility; optional AES-GCM encryption protects them with your passphrase.

License verification

When you verify a key and weekly while the app is open, the browser sends your product ID and license key to Gumroad. Gumroad receives normal network metadata such as your IP address. Trade data and backup passphrases are never sent. No background checks occur when the app is closed.

Purchases

Gumroad is merchant of record and collects payment, identity and order information to deliver licenses, calculate tax and handle refunds. The seller may receive order and contact details but not your full card number. Gumroad’s own privacy terms govern its processing. This software sends no marketing email.

Retention and rights

You control local retention: clear site storage to delete local records and license details. Export backups first if needed. Order records are retained as accounting and tax law requires. Request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]; EU/UK and California statutory rights are respected. We do not sell personal data.

Hosting

If published, the static hosting provider may process ordinary access logs. This local build contacts no hosting service. No accounts or synchronization are included.
